Don't question the public in a way that is bullying and oppressive, as they don't have to account to you for a lawful activity. 6. Don't approach mob-handed if one to one will suffice. 7. Don't have the audacity to inform a member of the public in a private area that you're going to take his/her details as it is unbelievably naïve and arrogant (as in 'who the fuck do you think you are'). 8. Don't threaten to get the police as it shows that you're out of your depth. Exactly right, outside the court he is just another citizen. I fail to see how he can hold a fair court if his understanding of the law on the requirements to ID are so compromised.

Almost certainly not a magistrate it would be a conflict of interest with his job. None of the 3 stooges would have any public order powers. No authority outside the installation. They are allowed blues outside of site if the vehicle used is marked and used as an ambulance or fire, if fire it has to be equipped with fire fighting equipment. They can also transport to hospital using blue lights if there is a medical emergency

Where do I start start with your ignorant comment? Flu vaccines have been around for nearly 80 years now - possibly long enough to prove their efficacy (which is quite low, around 50%) and safety? The flu vaccine does not use experimental technology but rather uses the "normal" method of conferring immunity by introducing an attenuated dose of the live virus. The Covid vaccines all use experimental technologies to some extent, especially the Pfizer one. Vaccines are intended to stimulate a response in the recipient to ensure immunity from the target disease (although obviously no vaccine is 100% effective). @Random I know The Road Traffic Act still applies as does the legal liability. If they park on the pavement and /or turn a blind eye to it then if, for example, a wheelchair user is forced into the road and is struck by a car the company could be considered liable to a damages claim. I worked at a site that was divided by a company road. The public had complete access, day or night but if the company left the road in a dangerous condition they were liable for any damage caused. You are also a rude individual who does not seem to be able to have a reasoned discussion.
@Random I know Nevertheless if facilities for the public are provided,(road,, pavement) for their use they have a duty of care. If they neglect their duty and someone is injured then they can get sued, particularly if they are aware of the potential hazard from parked cars.
@Random I know Well yes, if I let you into my garden and you break your leg then I may be liable. It depends on whether I made the area unsafe for you. If I put a piece of card over a drain while I wait to replace it and you step in it then you can sue me. Regarding the cars, pedestrians are allowed to walk on that pavement and if they get hit by a car because they had to walk into the road then see how that plays out in court.
It's very strange you can't even take a video of a huge building from a publicly available path 🤣. I was even on the other side of the road mate!!!! 100ft away

Big brother is getting more bold and telling bigger lies ...that security guard is distinctly lacking in usuable brains cells. acting like Rocky with a headache
Even if the road is now privately own the road clear is still open for public use, so its a public place. Criminal Justice Act 1972 section 33 Extension of definition of " public place " in Public Order Act 1936 For the definition of " Public place " in section 9(1) of the [1936 c. 6 (1 Edw. 8 & 1 Geo. 6).] Public Order Act 1936 there shall be substituted- “" Public place " includes any highway and any other premises or place to which at the material time the public have or are permitted to have access, whether on payment or otherwise”.

Just as an aside. the average view angle of a dashcam is 120 degrees, about the same as the human eye. The difference being, a camera does not have blurring in the peripheral angles, in the same way the eye does. Sorry, just a little geek fact there lol

I'm in stitches.. Please get him to say fuji 1 more time.. Well done bro.. Respect.. 👊
😅👏. Thanks for watching Mick 💪
Ha Ha Dumb and dumber fair play to the van driver another good 1 matey👏
He was also security and apparently a magistrate. But still tried getting my details 😬😬 EHH NOO🤣
It's very strange you can't even take a video of a huge building from a publicly available path 🤣. I was even on the other side of the road mate!!!! 100ft away
A man in a red van really thinks he can take publics details, omg. That’s hilarious. Am sure his and Fuji bosses are delighted with their disgusting behaviour
Steve Howey is not a magistrate 😂🤣
Really 😲🤣🤣🤣🤣
Industrial espionage 😁😅😂😂😂

Big brother is getting more bold and telling bigger lies ...that security guard is distinctly lacking in usuable brains cells. acting like Rocky with a headache

The fact one of them doesn't even know what independent means. Says everything about these Muppets.
My old GP was a magistrate and an awful GP at that. Very well disliked.
Yeah mixed comments about magistrates 😬. Thanks for watching mate 💪
Even if the road is now privately own the road clear is still open for public use, so its a public place.
Criminal Justice Act 1972 section 33 Extension of definition of " public place " in Public Order Act 1936
For the definition of " Public place " in section 9(1) of the [1936 c. 6 (1 Edw. 8 & 1 Geo. 6).] Public Order Act 1936 there shall be substituted-
“" Public place " includes any highway and any other premises or place to which at the material time the public have or are permitted to have access, whether on payment or otherwise”.
This guy is so full of self importance
❤️❤️❤️
Well done.............I do have an element of sympathy for security...........often contractors. Low pay and little training...........But they are required to be customer/public facing operatives.......Trying to do what they think is best for a company............But it does come down to the way they interact with people such as yourself..........Lets face it..........even the police and company managers get it wrong. Thanks!
They get it wrong much more than they get it right 😆.
Where was their S I A badges.
Never saw one mate 😬😬
Just as an aside. the average view angle of a dashcam is 120 degrees, about the same as the human eye. The difference being, a camera does not have blurring in the peripheral angles, in the same way the eye does. Sorry, just a little geek fact there lol
Violation of rights to film! Sue the guard!
You know it bro 👍👍
Gawd! His mate had to explain the meaning of independent. Can he tie his own bootlaces?
😆
Hi Fuji, would you like to make a donation to a charity for the BS your Security Guards gave to this auditor? After all you have bought the road.
Kind Regards
A Member of the Public
I will accept £10,000 to remove the video 🤣👍
The corona virus has been around for years in its various guises, this has given the vaccine developers a blueprint and so a much appreciated headstart.
And the private companies are cashing in billion and billion
@@EyeSpyAuditagreed 👍 very true in the main, those who want it soonest appear to be paying big premiums.
We'll be paying for it for decades
is Falck a private on site fire service for Fujifilm if so why is he in public trying to get his details which he has no powers in public
👌👍👍👍
There are cooling towers the reason for such high security is because of the power plant addressed in the estate there were 2 companies then site security and then a security of a higher level
I don't know how you keep your cool, stepping towards you like that, on the 3rd warning he would have been wishing he was back on his mother's teet
In law you don't have to warn and you don't have to retreat (step back). So I could have used such force 👍. He was very close to being preemptive striked.
Anyone can be a magistrate, he isn't educated in criminal or civil law, he is NOT supposed to be, he sits on a bench & listens to the prosecution & defendants whilst questioned, the clerk of the court has the legal experience & advises the magistrate. It is called being 'judged by your peers' he is a peer, an equal. He also has no powers to ask for any information or indeed to to get involved, in fact, he should be doing the opposite because he has just put his position as a magistrate into jeopardy.
