9:07 This! This right here is my favorite part of computer science. This moment! I love that you caught this on camera ❤ This comes off the back of a bunch of sleepless nights but still, a win is a win.
honestly, it's why i love programming so much. it's painful at times, and can even make you want to pull your hair out, BUT the feeling you get when you finally figure out the solution and everything suddenly falls into place is incomparable
When I see your videos I really got excited for studying and reading all my lectures but I really don’t know how I study . I just open and read and after short time just forget what I read. I don’t know how to study and take notes and do all that wonderful things that you doing. I want studying like you but I don’t know how!
i made a video last week talking about my favourite study tips, so you should check that one out! i went into quite a bit of detail in that video, so hopefully it'll help you out. it's the video right before this one. When you're done watching it, let me know if you have any more questions!!
I cant believe the number of assignments, their depth and the difficulty of completing them. 😢. I hope they're made less difficult in the future and you catch up and are ahead of all these tasks.
I am so so grateful that you don't stop sharing videos despite being so busy. My brain literally becomes able to function with the motivation I get from your videos. 💞⭐
Hey, I have a question to you. I have a problem of never completing tasks, so I want to know what I need to change about myself. How do you complete all the tasks?? What do you do to keep going and not feel apathy for everything?
wdym by "all the tasks"? are you talking about the assignments given by your profs? regarding apathy, it just helps to understand the purpose of the your courses, assignments and projects. Personally, I NEED to know the purpose of everything if i want to be able to accomplish them, so that's the first thing I look for. Once I know this, it's super easy for me to do all of my work because I understand what I will be gaining from completing my work. Hope that makes sense
Really appreciate your hard work! 🙌🏻Pulling all nighter with engineering subjects is something I can understand 🫣 Keep Working Hard and uploading More and more. Btw I loved your mechanical keyboard ⌨️
I loooove those Study time lapses, rather than people just telling what they are going to do and because of that they’re jumping from talking sequences to talking sequences… In their “study vlogs” 😅
HAHAHAH yes, my fav study vlogs are those with minimal talking, and I think it shows 👀👀 but also you have NO idea how much rambling and ranting i cut out of these videos 🤣😭😭😭
Love the fact that you can see the sunrise, the girly rly pulled off an all nighter! Absolutly love your videos, I would love to see what tech acessories you use, I see a Master MX 3 and apple trackpad ( I want to get both) maybe you can recommend some acessories!!
everybody has a different "burnout threshold", so that's a bit hard to do, but i'll try to talk about things that helped me learn to study for longer periods of time!
Hey, girl you have a face of an Indian famous model and actress ❤. The way you were just focusing on one task ata time without bothering in other is really rare in my case. I think I should learn a valuable thing from you. This is my first video, hoping you'll have such other videos. Thank you for motivating us🙏
I am in my 1st year in computer engineering and I have mixed feelings. I just got out of midterm week and it didn't go the way I wanted it to. I am not taking the department in my mother tongue and the department is not very easy anyway. taking it in a foreign language made it even more difficult for me. during my midterm week, whenever I wanted to relax or get motivated (even though I watched it many times) I watched your videos. the exam results are slowly being announced and I think I need to motivate myself a little. how do you motivate yourself or how did you motivate yourself in your first year?
same - studying in a second language that you've acquired later in life will always be harder than studying in your first language, no matter how fluent you are. thankfully, comp eng is a lot more focused on problem solving, so although there is a language barrier in the learning process, your exams should mostly test the application of concepts rather than essays. Tbh, I struggled a lot more in my linguistics exams than bio/comp eng JUST because of that. If you're struggling with grasping some concepts due to the language barrier, I'd def suggest finding videos explaining them in your native language. If you can't find that, watch them in English, BUT pause any time you do not understand a word and look it up. It's time consuming, but this should help you master the topics a lot better if you struggle with the language barrier. I totally understand though, and that's why I prioritize making sure I understand every concept fully (down to the tiny details) over practice. Practice is great, but if your knowledge is missing some key details because you didn't fully understand something, you may not be able to solve the problem correctly. And for motivation, I don't really rely on that. I guess I'm lucky in that I genuinely find the concepts interesting, so it makes the learning process more enjoyable. Plus, by actually applying stuff I learned in previous classes in my internship, it really made me understand how important having good fundations is. I can definitely tell a difference between someone who actually understands a topic VS someone who just memorized what they had to learn for their classes in the way they explain a topic. Although getting good grades is fun, the focus should be on the former. For me, I just want to *know* stuff, so school is very fun in that way. If you're not satisfied with your midterm grades, ask your profs if you can review them, and take note of where you lost points and why. Then, review those concepts. Finals are always cumulative just because every new topic builds on the previous one, so you definitely need to review those concepts that troubled you during your exams.
Can I ask you what is your brand model screen monitor please? It looks like it’s fit for students and compatible with MacBooks as well, thank you so much :)
It's the Samsung LU28R550UQNXZA! There are definitely better (and more expensive) ones, but out of all of those I tried, this is the only one that didn't make the fonts look extremely fuzzy. Still a downgrade from a macbook's display, but it's very much tolerable!
Bro you have to tell me… which keyboard you are using???? I love itttt. Also I’m thinking buy iPad Pro, so which program your are using for modifying pdf files and put your personal notes on your professor presentation. I also studying computer engineering and informatics. Hello from Greece!!🇬🇷
it's the mode sonnet! i'm making a workspace makeover/tour very soon, and i'll make sure to talk about my keyboard build!! and i mainly use goodnotes on my ipad!
if you can't learn by reading/taking notes, then work backwards! Start with a problem, and hunt for the information you need to solve it. This should help you link concepts together more efficiently :)
sony zv-1. but tbh i don't rly like it because the sound quality is terrible and i think the zv-e10 is a lot more worth it for a similar price just for the interchangeable lens. Although i do wish the screen flipped up instead of sideways :/
currently binge watching watching your videos. it’s so good to watch another female in comp engineering!!!! also question, do you use Zybooks? when you said it the chapters were Sooooo long, it brought me to that and saw that. 0:56 😂 all my eleg and cpeg classes use that platform. thank you for these videos. :)
your disputes and assignment s seems to me that you copied with them rapidly.where will you be in the last? Where you see yourself at least the position ? 🎅 =)
it's full time, i just don't attend most classes. this semester, I basically went once a week for labs, but last week I had to go twice bc of the VHDL project 🥲🥲
