Why my food doesnt taste good at all even tho I follow all the Instructions and spices. Idk what I'm doing wrong 😕
Assuming you like Indian food, pls don't give up. Keep making it in small quantities while using your judgement and adjusting spices and timing progressively. A recipe has to be interpreted. Same happened to me with biryani making..good now. Enjoy!

In mustard oil, never smoke the oil. It kills the pungent flavour of the oil which is the main reason for using it.
