Cassata ice cream Cake recipe | Rainbow Ice cream | No Ice cream machine |Homemade Ice cream cake

Cassata Ice cream is a traditional recipe from Italy it is also called as Neapolitan Ice cream . It usually contains three flavours of Ice cream i.e Mango , Strawberry And pistachio . I am not a big fan of pista so I replaced it with Vanilla , it has cake layer and topped with nuts . Make this for your kids , family , I am sure they will love it .
Ingredients
Whipped cream - 2 cups
Milkmaid - 1/4 cup
nuts
Cake
Mango puree
Strawberry essence
Vanilla essence
gel color (pink)
