It gets them out of the stressful shelter environment for a little while, gives them great socialization, you get to hang out with an awesome dog, it's an activity instead of just going out for food, and you have a cute dog to talk about if there's a lull in the conversation 🥰

A lot of people say gay bars but at least to me it feels intimidating, soo I would recommend checking out if there are any queer centers near you. I have found very welcoming people to talk to/hangout with at my local queer center. Hope this helps!

Pansexual roughly means to fall for the character of a person despite their gender or sex (sex as in biological gender), and you can definitely have preferences in character. And even having outside preferences does not disqualify you from being pansexual. It just means you don't care about the gender; but if you are into brown eyes or blonde hair or sth of course that still applies :)
