- I finally hit Grandmaster on Berserker! I've mainly been playing my chainwhip steel goodbert puppy combo, but I'm really happy we ended up getting it with Busted Blade. There was also a new patch, so I'll be going over the update real quick. Hope you enjoy the video!

How appropriate for you to reach Grandmaster on a busted blade build. Wouldn’t want it any other way. What a rollercoaster of emotions!
I think you go mask if you hit early box. nuckles with double axe. Deer if you have plenty food. with the coal you go anvil (though it got wrongly nerfed tto the ground). With an early big shield you go doggo's (especially with an added steel goob). At least that would be my reasoning. That is the reason why berserker is "stonger", because it is more streamlined.
If you want to hit grandma, it's not about how long you played the game, half a year is more than enough.
It's more about the timing, like which week and what opponents play often during that time, and what builds you play and especially how to get there in between rounds as you said, like what makes you stonger or not considering future rounds.
Ya Anvil got nuked from orbit. If there’s any change they should revert, it would be that nerf.

Busted Blad is true to its name, I don't think I've lost a single game after pivoting to it (not counting combine turns)

The "easiest"/"fastest" way to hit grandma is to find one or two good builds which you can force with a high percentage and go for them EVERY SINGLE time. After a lot of hours playing the same build over and over again you know which round you take which item in like every round and when to roll :)
but that's boring for the viewers

For me it's not boring,I like grinding/winning/getting higher no matter how.
But if you are familiar with youtube people, you should know for this audieence it is boring.
This is true, and it’s a symptom of imperfect balancing. It will become less true over time hopefully, as the meta shifts towards buying on-sale items and playing to the shop offerings instead of forcing builds. Until that’s the case you will have mediocre players like Ben hitting grandmasters making ridiculous mistakes like crafting full price stone gloves for great sword and still winning just because of how OP it is.
