Hi Tom, question about the speed. Is there a way to get the speed a bit more up? So its also speed fun? I Didnt find much vid about upgrading this miller for some extra speed. Im thinking about getting this one but I also want a bit more speed.

I like it! Though it's a shame that RC4WD didn't make the battery compartment a little bigger, I think that is compensated for by the wealth of features. I was very impressed by the self-spawning rear view mirror feature ( see it in action @ 11:00), and think other manufacturers could do well to take note.

Absolutely gorgeous and I almost pulled the trigger when I saw the announcement, but a few things hold me back.
I don't need cheap electronics and a sensorless motor that ill have to rip out and replace anyway adding to cost and on something thats supposed to be super scale, I want a CMS option even if it is inferior performance wise.
Ikr, they should’ve put a crawler sensored brushless motor
And it would have been a HUGE hit
Especially because it would beat the TRX-4 which last time i checked, is the best crawler platform as of right now

I love the scale king of the hammers look. All the locking diffs and 2 speed are great. Just a little slow out the box. Does look amazing though

Very much like a modern day Axial Bomber, this. Hopefully it’ll get the aftermarket support the Bomber had/has and become a hell of a platform. Definitely interested in this one!

That looks about as fast (slow) as my nearly stock Axial Wraith Spawn. That one is plenty fast to have fun on rocky terrain though. :)

My man, you know how I like my trombone sound when the pointer finger comes out. Lol bring it back! In an rc related topic, the car looks nice, but the out if the box appeal is lacking with all the small mistakes. Have a gray day bud. Catch you on the flip. ( bring back the trombone) 😉

Aren't these the things that Sabine and Chris Harris raced on 'new' topgear a couple of years ago. It looked mental as a motor sport and if this is a scale version of that, it's a little tame but you've done a great review :)

That's Eric Miller from Ultra4 racing. Look up King of the Hammers as one of the toughest races ever. He has won this race.
My Cousin's Husband In MALTA race these type of off road Rock Racers and they go all over Europe and the US i think one of the races is called King Of Hammers or something like KOP anyhow his name is Neville Cianter.
Been waiting for a proper KOH style kit forever. I thought the Gmade GOM would be it but it didn't have the remote diffs. I'm buying.
From a scale look it looks cool. Seems to be a better crawler than a rock racer.

ok reminds me of an Axial ride, RC4WD always chasing them but I just don't get into the crawling aspect of it. the locking and unlocking of diffs and dig and all that.

Yes… well, maybe just a slightly larger can motor with a few more Kv’s on 3s

While I enjoy all the review coverage, what I'm waiting on is the promised 3s BBX video. I'm particularly curious how that 770kv Castle motor handles it considering Castle only recommends 2s on that one.
Mine is on the way, several day's before it was expected in stocks, so ready to get my hands on it and test it out, but also curious as to why no one has posted a side by side pic next to a 10th scale crawler... ..
Mean buggy but its a 4 link in the rear to trail arms arm generally fixed at the diff and only move on the chassis
I'd throw in a higher kv brushless motor and better esc. Would be pretty rad which more power

Definitely a Krawler designed to have a little bit more speed, not a basher now to speed runner. It belongs on the rocks only, which doesn’t surprise me from RC4WD Drive, because they only make crawlers😂

Hey Tomley, I would love seeing you review/test the Absima CR3.4 Sherpa, its a very capable rig (as i have one) it competes with the trx4 for half the price, also great vid!

Was expecting it to be a lot more than 500 us dollars. Not bad for what you get with all the scale details. I guess they cut cost with the electronics and the shock oil 😅
