I had a model older than this one that I love. My sister has difficulty with tools that are too heavy and she actually loved mine and found it easy to use ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx_rBCFuDW1zD6blTGhLkvAkxU657uR_lG . This is a newer model but was even lighter which she really appreciates. She enjoys it and I no longer have to go to her house to trim as she can handle it fine. Haven't used it enough to comment on the battery life but lithium batteries last longer than the old style. Being cordless makes it easy to trim the far edges of the property. The entire yard can be trimmed with one charged battery.
Thanks, the instruction book I got didnt say anything about that pin stoping the driveshaft. Was looking all over the thing for a way to hold it while I losened that nut. Knew there had to be some kind of lock. Have the 128lx brushcutter. Loving it. That mower blade is a lot better than I hoped for. Chews right through the heavy brush and weeds in my back yard. Going to start making some nice paths through my woods next.
Weird. No videos ever show the washer being put on top of the cup, it goes under the cup directly on,top of the blade, then the cup and then the nut. Not sure if this is wrong or all the others including the one from stihl
Husqvrana Videos are essential as the manual IOMS are very difficult to understand and interpret. Instruction manulas badly need rethinking to be more effective
I am getting some serious vibration after changing to the brush cutter blade. The blade is on tight and centered, any idea on what the problem could be? This is the Husqvarna R129 and is one week old.
i need to order 50pcs but your website has no respond. I need to know what type of steel is this and for others range of blades as well. Can the triangle one fit all trimmer ? example STIHL trimmer. 🤨

Have not used mine for a year (or 2), changing from the cutter back to the string and once "installed" the head's so tight it won't rotate. Guess I could loosen the head, but that does not seem right and there's nothing in the manual about that problem.
Anyone managed to do this with their electric models? My 115il has a deep hole which you stick the Allen key into but it doesn't lock the gear up enough to twist the head off. Can just feel the gear slipping and grinding against the key. Manual just says stick it in and twist. Hmmm..
Hello and thanks for your question. Trimmers, including curve shaft trimmers, are not certified with other attachments than the complied trimmer heads. Other cutting equipment is not allowed to be used with the trimmers. If you would like to use blades as an attachment, then you can use this in combination with a brush cutter. Greetings, The Husqvarna Team

Like a dummy i did not keep the parts all together I need that black adapter, nut, sqrench, lock pin i have the blade. Did not have a yard for a few years and i need to get the 326rx going
Be nice with talking going on, aldo on SAFETY ISSUES, you always pull the SPARK PLUG WIRE SO NO SPARK THAN CAN START IN A FREAK OF NATURE, THEN MISSING FINGERS OR A HAND! Same with changing a Blade on a Lawn mower, you disconnect the SPARK PLUG and put new one on or SHARPEN BLADE, which ever is beat, I like to buy one and keep one Sharp always, easy and fast to SWAP OVER IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES MAX! That's if your in a hurry running a LANDSCAPING COMPANY, then time matters with having extra parts and gassed up every morning before takeoff, oil checked and topped off, lines in trimmers are not empty, everything starts up and runs a minute or two max. End of each day, everything is cleaned up and emptied out of grass and clipping from each machine that collects them and truck empties out at end of day each day.

Will the blade work on the 128ld? If so, is there a kit or do you just buy the blade? Thanks!

According to the manuals you are right and this video is wrong, but at the same time strange that it is an official channel.
If you put washer before cup it vibrates like a mf i.tried it this way and was perfect
@@ryancooper8194 The washer was on top of the cup with mine. That’s the way I’ve ran it and I don’t have any problems.
what kind of head is the screwdriver? phillips? Robertson? regular one?
Great, thank you Husqvarna for this helpful video, mystery solved!
Where does the ‘other’ attachment come from? Ie - the black circular thing that fits on top of the blade.
I think it's seperate, we also bought this and also didn't get sold this
Its in the box
Nice, where can I buy that kit for my brand new $250.00 128ld??
Where do you get that black cup? I have the blade but nothing else. Will any lock nut work?

Be sure you have checked the balance of the blade after sharpening.
Jesus could you please make your instruction manual as easy to understand as this 😂
Agree, the instruction sucks ass

When in fitted blade to mines the vibroation from machine os terrible. Something doesnt seem right and there is no play on blade at all
Why in the manual is another order of putting these accessories?
What are the part numbers? I need to find that adapter kit.
Any luck I'm in the same position
Huuh man this video saved mee tnxxxx
My blade has no hole so I can't hold bolt from spinning when installing blade
This is a game changer when you have brush growing in between big rocks and a brush hog won't work.
How sharp got to be the blade? I have a grass 255-4 wich has no sharpness at all...
Just sharlenn it

It's left hand so go to the right to loosen

Thanks so much. Couldn't see hole for grass. It says nothing in the manual.
Hey dude, that was awesome, you saved us.
I was scratching my head till I saw this. Pretty sweet.
what model is that?
If there a brush cutter attachment that works with curved shaft trimmers? Anyone have a link to one?

Part numbers?
Yes! Excellent! Thank you very much!

I just bought a brand new 336FR this is NOT in the instructions. Only how to put on the grass blade when the trimmer head is already taken off.
Agreed - poorly put together manual - like something you would expect from a Chinesium knockoff.
Very good thank you
Saved my life
Helpful, thanks.
Thx
is that blade by husqvarna?? anybody?
I saw the exact same kind of blade on the Husqvarna website so I would guess yes.
Now if i can just remobe the stupid blade from my trimmer that would be great. Damn thing came installed when i bought it its fuckin annoying.

I have the most awful vibration and shake.
Pete Mycek
first time i have too :)
just check all again it must all fit nicely and thats it.
Pete Mycek likewise, that's why I've come on here, figuring that I've set mine up wrongly. And I think I have.
Nice hidef video
