Do you have your access router or device WAN int connected to a Verizon router? Or do you have your access device WAN int connected to the wires that run through the walls outside from where the ISP Diggs up into the ground?
Also is there a trick in finding the error on the line faster because the ” ^ ” can sometimes point to the wrong words?
