Thank you very much for the detailed information regarding sandle wood and termeric. Please clarify whether the rates of termeric are of wet or dried termeric. How much wet termeric is required for plantation on one acre land. The rate of termeric sapling and how many saplings are required for one acre. The duration of crop ?.
Black Turmeric will give you best rates in dried condition, as it can stay for longer period. 1acre plantation cost will be too high i guess, u can start from small, For Plantation of around 1 guntha land in start u will need around 12-13kg of turmeric.
Crop duration of 8-months should start between Jan to May-June for best results.
Indian Govt buys many medicinal & fragrance trees at a very under rated price & sells at high cost to Korea & China. Indian Govt has allowed these foreign buyers to setup buying office here but the grower farmer is suppressed.
