He already had 54 acres of land. He had capital assets in the form of land and his only shortcomings were monetary capital. Great salute to his hard work. His accidental business will be an eye opener to all.
how can he own 54 acre, In UP, there is a limit of 12.5 acre to anyone, You cannot buy any more land than that.. Im confused
EDIT: A few hours after this comment, I looked up the rules. Different states have different ceiling with some like Madhya pradesh having no apparent ceiling at all to own any amount of land. Maharashtra can have one person own max 54 acres in his name in the state. Up has the 12.5 acre rule etc.
