Size has zero bearing on a person's ability to select the correct terminology for what they want to portray. The only real criticism you could potentially put forward as a character slur would be to say `word up` to condemn his lack of grammar abilities. You confused the correct terminology yourself, what you meant was to mature up, You confuse a person's size and their levels of maturity. I know lots of others use grow up as the wording when suggesting to mature, Its another lazy understanding and use of the English Language.

Sure the woman would have wanted their husbands to retire with them at 60 both having a healthy long retirement together. And the younger generation could have had the jobs to ensure a long work life to buy a house they want. It's the Groverments that got it wrong.
