    This Workout is an explosive, fat-burning cardio routine that employs martial arts-inspired exercises to boost the metabolism to tone the entire body and ignite your weight-loss potential.
    You Can Use It for Fitness or Blender it into your MMA, Boxing, or Kickboxing/Karate workout.
    Our main goal is to produce fat loss, Aerobic Kickboxing, Interval Training, Exercise.
    If you are new to working out, we offer modifications for almost every move.
