quick tip from your friendly neighborhood cosplayer: a lot of EL wire tends to scream when they're on. (yes. im serious. it sounds a very high pitched scream when they're on and if you're close enough it can be a bit annoying.) it should only be noticeable if you're close to the battery pack, but this is just a warning so that nobody freaks out if they head a screaming noise coming from their lights :P
ghostyjpg Someone actually said that in another diy video and they could not figure out why. Do you have an alternative? Perhaps a certain brand that solved this problem?

The "feels" style sign would be adorable for Christmas except with a Christmas-y word :D like happy holidays or let it snow or something along those lines lol

The one with the fairy lights is soo pretty! Honestly, I would love to make one for the holidays, I feel like hanging that under a decorated mantle would be so gorgeous. So my idea for the fairy lights would be to spell out "very merry" or something similar. Definitely going to try this come December 😙

Omg the flamingo sign would go so well with the cement planters you made a while back!! I recreated those and will now make a leaf or plant shape into the cement base, so a mix of the first two signs! :)))
