    Hi. Should it be when we are mixing the flour or after. Also will I still get the gain if it's a little bit thick nice one anyways

      You would make profit if it's a little bit thick. Because when it is too watery , it absorbs excess oil. You know, after proofing, it would become lighter.Just make it taste special, and don't be afraid to increase your sales prices 😉

    Ma how many cups of yeast did you use for the flour

      Flour(500g/ 4 cups)
      Sugar(21/2 tablebspoons)
      Yeast(1 tablespoon)
      Butter(1 tablespoons)
      Nutmeg (1 tea spoons)
      Evaporated milk ( 1 cup / 250mls)
      1 medium-sized egg
