i hope i found your channel a while ago and not a few a hours before my exam, i think its too late for me now. thank you for the help i feel i can try to write like this
I wanted to ask how plausible is it to write a story on sports? I don't just mean one regarding "clutching up a match" but more like how, you remember that one paper that was like "Story with a misunderstanding"? Let's say if that misunderstanding was picking a player and they picked the wrong player for the team like an extra pace bowler instead of a spinner type stuff and the team having to play an important match with it and the captain having to do something creative In general, do you think it is a good idea to write a story of sports (spec cricket) and in what cases can it work out?
I am student from Kashmir I study IGCSE curriculum I suck at my writing like i have periodic progression test 3 in 2 days i need help in narrative writing. I usually lack in ideas i take 10-20 miniutes to get an idea... any tips sir
Fantastic👏 Like 2 mins ago I was anxious about my annuals starting day after...with English having a 40 mark narrative/descriptive...for it's my first year with the IGCSE curriculum 😂 This somehow boosted...rather gave me the confidence I never had for an English exam! Thanks a million!

THIS IS MORE on a question to do with letter writing but do we have to write an address for the sender and receiver or is it not necessary
Not necessary :)
@@IGCSESUCCESS so we don't gain or lose any marks for structure.
@@IGCSESUCCESS thanks for the quick replyyyy
@@rania1669 Nope. You wouldn't be expected to make an address up as your response is composed of details from the text.

Fantastic 😍👍
Wow I really loved it! Could you guide us on a formal report Sir?
I think I have made a video on report writing; it's deffo somewhere! :)
Good!
Hello, Are we allowed to include dialogues in the narrative writing though?
2:48 He actually gulped XD
The storyline and development of the writing is just fantastic!! How many words is it though?
Over but it's just to use as inspiration! Plus, you wouldn't get penalised for going over anyway.
@@IGCSESUCCESS won't our marks be deducted if we wrote more than the word limit?
@@gongured if its not too much, its fine.
@@gongured Just don't "self-penalise" if ur still doin IGCSE dis year lol
Hi, can I write 3 paragraphs for a narrative?
Three developed paragraphs would be fine.
Are articles supposed to be from first person's point of view or third
Can be both :)
Thanks
Will it be acceptable if I write a 1st person narrative in which the character dies at the end?
will this be too long for an exam ?
Probably! Depends how much you can write! You wouldn't be penalised for going over the suggested word count, though
May I know which country you are in?🙏
I am from the UK but now teach in Thailand :)
