I bought 2 of these last December. I've had 1 of them in use everyday since. The other one I unplugged when I took down the Christmas lights. I set up my Halloween lights and plugged it back in. I was surprised to see it still remember my wifi info. These plugs are great and yes I did lose the outlet covers. Electrical tape works just as good for water proofing. Thanks for the review, I enjoyed it.

Good to know. I hope that I can at least keep them for 1 season before I misplace them.
There's another outdoor tp-link that's $7 cheaper on Amazon and looks identical. Is there a difference?
