1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
4 green cardamom
5 cloves
8 pepper corn
2 allspice
1/2 cup fried onions
