Well no shortage of of things to do! guess it's not that hard to believe the insurance is stiffing you. Time to find a new carrier. Is there not an insurance commission you can get help from? I love your ideas. I wish I had the room to spread out outside. I'm mostly out of room in the garage now. Tubbing here would likely be from about now in October - though it was still 103F today - through maybe early June. Then I'd have to move everything in. The summers here are in the 120s. Nothing like a good challange. 🙂 Good luck with it all. I hope you can hit that self-employed goial sooner rather than later. Cheers, Matt! ~Ron

@@garageaquatics2023 thanks mate. We have gone to the commission (ombudsman) but after 4 months still haven’t been assigned a case worker. What is the coldest it gets in your area?

@@duthieaquatics I'm sorry to hear that. Insurance companies just have far too much power. Maybe mid to low 40s. 4ish C. It could get colder but that's more rare.

@@garageaquatics2023 ok so you temps are similar to Tasmania then the Gold Coast where I am at night it might get to 5c and daytime 15-20c but there are a few things you can definitely do in Tubs year round.

@@duthieaquatics the challenging part will be finding livestock. I seem to remember Adrian kept fish and shrimp in his outdoor tubs through the winter. I feel like he had similar low temps.
