Fela still lives. He is a legend.
His Son carries in the legacy
We must all accept the big dicks we have been given. Amen.
Fela great musian and a prophet. He prophesied many many years ago about what is happening in Africa especially Nigeria. No water ,no food, no house and politicians worsen everything. Ah Egbon may your soul continue to rest in peace.
10 Kobo for 1 dodo, but baba was complaining. If to say it is today nko. Baba doesn't just fight for himself, but for d poor ppl in Africa especially. RIP BABA 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Poor people ALL OVER Africa
One of the greatest songs of all time, SUFFERHEAD MUST GO
Tihis man has guts to speak out regardless of the consequences.
Warrior
We need a nation of warriors. A nation of Felas instead of a single individual. Resistance must be cultural in order to shake this beast
Everything Prophet Fela mentioned is still relevant til this day, nothing changed.
Although, he has his shortcomings but no one can take away from him the outstanding selflessness he possessed. A true advocate of good life for all.
This Man call Fela, such a Great Talent and true Freedom Fighter🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿
The drummer is very perfect in this song
His music are original! No one can do what he did!
His songs never gonna get old. What he says are absolutely TRUTH!
Abami eda himself. The creator of original music. Kudos. RIP.❤
Timeless music. Everything that fela sang has come to pass. He was a troubadour of the Kalakuta Republic. Rip Baba 70
This was in 1981; still relevant in 2020.
I am here in 2022.. these masterpiece is still relevant today .. electricity is a failure in Nigeria ..shame😔😏
A real revolutionary and musical genius!
Fela is a legend and a visionary
The piano work is amazing!
I can remember as little boy hearing this hit, I used to have some kind of excitement and feelings of the struggle. Baba o
You said it all, but then many of us was nt listen to your msg. Now we " Nigerians" are now feeling it badly. Truly you are a prophet
Discovered this among his box-set. Love how he can invent new types of Afro-beat. The 'Beat on this one is so darn joyful. Stamina for joy~~~that's what african music can mean. So sexy. I keep finding these new ones and for me Kuti was a shamen too as seems to unlocks occult forces of victory!!!Fela taught me to dance-walk and move like a black person.I channell him. I Love Him.
Blessed to see him and his entourage in Lagos. Mind blowing.
This song cracks me up every time
I thought about this song today and I try here....still what is happening in nigeria...
Fela was an icon and a political and social activist who was not scared to speak, even till date I still listen to is song, yeah this one is the bomb.

He’s not a prophet, at least he wouldn’t want to be called that! Respect Baba Fela
If only wishes could come through, I would have wished Baba fela comes back to this world especially this time and age of the zoo and help us fight this Fulani janjaweeds and their south west blind followers destroying the country.
Amo Fela desde ni niñez en los 80's
Legend
Fela tried to educate and inform Nigerians more than 40 years ago. The power that being then painted and called him a madman. Here we are today in Nigeria to face truth and reality. Nothing has changed or improved since then. Who is the madman today? Is not Fela if you ask me. JMO
Me i say, this is revolution. Thanks brother
Fela said it all
Quel artiste,il me manqué toujours autant.

Dodo was 10kobo for 1 in 1981, its now 3 for N50 in 2021, The of Nigeria 🇳🇬 is getting worse every day.
Bread was 40kobo for 1 loaf, its now N800, the stories of water, light, foods and houses remain unchanged, government promised 1990 for water as special UN program. Orange 30kobo for 1, now its N250 for 1.
Its so Sad
Fela' song is still very much relevant today, nothing has changed truly
Pound was 1 pound to around 1 Naira that time oooo. 60k , 10k were big monies oooo. Do the arithmetic you will be shocked
It will NEVER change unless THE PEOPLE take responsibility for their lives instead of expecting the government to. And the people are different types of Africans, but they have colonial mentality with European values. Africa will continue to fail unless it learns to value and love ITSELF
The music begins from minute 9.00 mark, and it tells the pathetic condition of Africa even today!!
The music begibs at the 0.00 mark. The lyrics are the ones that begin at 9:00
