Thanks bud! Oh I love this place! It’s so fun to fish and hardly anyone fishes it. Everyone heads right over to Rayburn and skips this little honey hole! I’ve caught several good ones out here.
Oh nice! You can launch right off the highway. The road is called Tom road or it use to be. Or you can drive down to the dam and launch there. I’ve seen several guys do that.
The big one towards the end came on a senko. I was seeing a few of them swim around and basically sight fished that one. Thanks bud I greatly appreciate it! I’ll have some more coming up soon!
Paul Johnson thank you! I greatly appreciate it. Typically a rain will make it super muddy. Even after a short rain it will turn nasty. The clear water comes from when they start generating. That’s what helps out that river so much. Even after they’re finished generating it will stay clear as long as it doesn’t get any rain. That’s been my experience.
Gavin Gmail can’t remember the exact date but I know I filmed this in September. I’ve been so busy on the pipeline I haven’t had much time to get everything edited. I’ve still got two more videos to get up sometime soon.
Great video! My man is slaying it on the Angelina

Great set of videos! I’ve gone south of the dam a couple of times and had muddy waters. Both on clear days. What conditions produce the clear waters?

Alison Berlinger oh no!!!!!! I hate to hear that. A buddy of mine got pinned against a stump and ended up losing his rig!
What's the date you're fishing?

What glasses you wearing?
Chad Adkins Costa Del Mar. I can’t remember the model of this one but it has the 580 glass lenses. They’re amazing for sight fishing!
