Great video! I was looking around but didn't see one immediately - whats your preferred way to "tag" the models so that when you make the suckdown/get them off the build platform you know which model it is in the sequence? I've been using meshmixer and putting roman numerals on the LR molar with the sculpt button but wonder if theres a better way? Thanks Baron!
If you want to label a standard model, 3D Builder is easiest. If you want to stick with MeshMixer, look up MeshMixer Typewriter. It's a plugin. Can make it much easier.
Thank you so much for the vedios. Dr. Grutter, may I asked you that the accuracy of the prints ? we printed all models now , some essix retainers didn't fit. some indirect bonding trays didn't fit. I just run calibration again. and ......did you have any suggestions?
I have imported a Itero scan into mesh mixed and am having a hard time doing a plane cut to create a new base. When I do the cut it opens up the model. If I move the cut to a higher level it will cut it and keep the model closed, but this is not where I want the cut to occur. Any suggestions?
Check out my MeshMixer Advanced playlist. I think maybe video 9&10. They deal with open meshes and such. Side note: Export your models open from iTero and just use BlueSkyPlan to trim and base. It's free to do model work so long as you don't design a guide.
Really nice how you have the multiple model bases that can import at once.
Very helpfull video! thanks

Have you experienced any difficulty with the RayWare software crashing when trying to upload models to the print bed?
Not in a few months. Not some more recent updates.

Baron Is there any way you could show the last part in preform software?
I'll see what I can do. Maybe in the next couple days.
Thank you so much
we have two new moonray.....if the drum got damaged, that will cause failed printing or not accurate?
Correct. Damaging should not affect accuracy. Calibration should help. I'd contact with Sprintray support
