Homeless people with addiction and mental health issues need compulsory lockdown treatment. Homeless people with financial-only issues need subsidized housing to regain their dignity and re-entry to the workplace.
I live in LA and homelessness is getting worse. Billions of our tax dollars have been spent and it only gets worse. We need a new plan.
