I agree Cerberus is a good ship, although I see one problem with her and that is she has 203mm guns but her HE is so underwhelming compared to other 203mm cruisers, I dont know why as the pen is there..
Agreed. The guns are really underwhelming, AP at range seems to do bugger all and the fire chance on the HE is frustrating. But when there's a sub, oh when there's a sub.... that's the Cerbs' time to shine! 😈
I know what you said about it's utility but I personally feel that the guns/shells on the Cerberus feel a bit underpowered compared to the Des Moines or Zao.
Starting off the video with another DD running in to die. If all the DD's on your team die in the first 5 minutes you can pretty much call that match for the red team. One thing I don't like about events and ship type specific challenges is players who don't normally play a line, playing those lines to get through the event. Not saying that is what all these suicide DD's are doing but it seems to keep getting worse. Rant over and great games in a great ship as always my friend.
1:12 Were you trolling when you said you dont see any big down sides when you were literally looking at the ship, with its absolutely disgusting unique camo (I’m aussie and hate it) and a hull that sits so high out of the water, even the worst dispersion will get at least one full pen and most likely a citadel on you….. I love the ship as well, but man, when you look at the old submarine Petro compared to this, yeah, I can see a massive downside everytime I have to gamer turn in this ship. You always get punished if someone has shells loaded.
