    Overpriced boat I have a 17 ft grizzly 25, 4 stroke 2004 still runs good only problem I have are leaks on the bottom of the boat. Give it a total make over . Tracker is cheap on the foam glad I have the time to do it the right way.

    Dang wish u were closer. Although a good reason to go to Texas and get on a lake for a while. Trailer included? Single axle or double if it is?

      Yep, trailer is included and it's a tandem! Thanks for your interest!

    Does the aluminum prop really "flex" enough to make a difference in speed? Typically the stainless is just harder and rust less?

    • @BoatsRVs
      @BoatsRVs  2 роки тому

      A lot depends on the wait of the boat, in some cases you can tell quite a bit of difference. Aluminum boats as a rule aren't effected as much from the flexing, but an aluminum prop usually has very little cup on the blades so between the two you sometimes can't really take full advantage of your trim without the prop blowing out (slipping) and of course that can make a huge difference on certain hulls plus they will often slip when making turns. So from a performance stand point I like stainless but make sure you have insurance because with a stainless, if you hit something, you'll bend a prop shaft or worse and with the aluminum you probaby won't. How fast did the 150 go? I'm really sure I'm going to get one of these soon for duck hunting. I have a 1648 grizzly but just want more power and piece of mind in rough water.

      I was able to get 46 mph (GPS) out of the 2019 I tested earlier this year, if you would like to see that video just go to my BoatsRVs channel and you can take a look it might give you some more insight as to how the 150 runs. Thanks for your interest!

    Out of curiosity. I haven't been able to ask anyone who has a flatbottom but could a guy use this for tubing also?

      Yes, with this particular boat you certainly could, even with the 1860 I think you could. Anything smaller I couldn't say for sure.

      I'm sorry I just now saw your comment, for some reason it didn't show up in my email box or the comment section of my you tube channel. No it isn't available at this time but I'm so late answering your comment I'm sure you probably expected that, once again I apologize. Yes these units are really great running boats and one like this would probably work perfect for what you're wantnig to do with it!
