Soldier 76 should be renamed to Soldier 80 because thats all the percentage of healing output you'll be doing the entire game with him around.
I'm honestly just already majorly tired of dying to random stray shots that weren't even on my character.

@@J.R.Swish1 wtf is your argument? I'd rather die to a well placed head shot than to random shots not even on the hitbox because of huge ass projectiles. It's a first person shooter, precise aim should matter, not just "almost precise aim".
Not saying one shots weren't an issue, but it has nothing to do with this.
@@WolfRites I think he's saying that would still happen before the buff. Not because the projectiles were bigger, but because everyone was squishier.
I agree, there is not really a difference from dying to junk nades and hanzo arrows before to now. Only hero I actually notice it from is Zen
The difference is projectile size lol while yes before some heroes can spam kill accross the map, but at least in the kill feed you can see they at least hit you in LOS. Now because of the buff you can literally be off their screen and the projectile size gets you the kill when before you wouldn't. It honestly made Spam kills worst. @@tehfelf

Passives in general should just be removed but blizzard are obsessed for some reason

Probably because he’s one of the top 10 best Ana players. However, for the rest of us, Ana can’t 3 tap anymore and dps heroes do what she does without a cooldown. So, why pick her? The only thing that has changed for Ana, is that it’s become even harder to outplay the things that want to kill you.

I've been playing Ana fine in some matches (Admittedly, I'm in Plat), but she's pretty much unusable when there's any sort of dive hero on the enemy team, which is when I swap to someone else to better support my team
Might as well go for zen and Moira. No point healing
I mean that's full DPS Moira but even Moira herself is strugglign cause her self sufficient identity is basically gone with the DPS Passive.

they really messed up with these hitboxes. you can’t add this new passive AND bigger hitboxes. hitscans will just run you down and you can’t do anything now. you have to play zen to kill them before they can kill you. lucio doesn’t even feel that good like people think bcz the hitboxes are so big you can dodge anything anymore
It's not actually the hitbox that is bigger it's the projectile, they made them bigger but didn't increase the size in game so stuff is hitting but visually it looks like it misses. It's dumb and really comical on some of the characters. You are right though I feel like the new passives and comp changes should of been one patch to see how things settled out then do the projectile size changes only if really needed and it should be targeted not just blanket changes.

It's damage watch now. Thankfully, Supports have damage options, but for tanks, it's rough (because even the damaged focused tanks aren't allowed to do damage).
Yup. I can bust out 16k Damage with Orisa and get 9 eliminations. I feel bad for tank mains.
I have left the game by despair for the moment. I only play support since 2018, and it's absolutly frustrating to play this role in Season 9.
For the moment, game is uninstalled.

Only ana, mercey and lifeweaver are "weaker" still very usable in the right comp. If you're trying to win with heals then it's a skill issue
@@briangreenfield311 yeah you're right, but i play Ana since I have start the game 6 years ago. This character gives me the best feeling gameplay. Even if i love playing Bap, Mercy, Illari or Kiriko, playing support in this Season dosen't satisfy me. And with ana in this ... Low-situation, I prefer leave the game temporary.

i think honestly the healing reduction was a bit of a crazy add on, they couldve upped the reload by another 30% and that wouldve better
I honestly don't mind the Passive and it does fit the route of DPS. The issue is, they hardly changed ANY DPS Numbers and with the projectile increase, it makes more oppressive than it needs to be.

With the nerfs to Ana since OW2 release, she became more reliant on her kill potential instead. Now that she has less kill potential while still limited to single targets heals among the other nerfs like 3.5s sleep on tanks, less healing on nade, longer cooldowns, shorter anti duration I think it's catching up to her. But I don't she's completely unplayable too, you just might not want to main or one-trick her 😅

I don't play Overwatch 2 that much but when I do I always play Ana. I don't care how nerfed she is she's still the only character I want to play.
I don't care about being better than anyone, I don't care about ranks, I don't care about winning. I just want to play Ana. It's fun because when I lose I can't blame anyone but myself. It's actually more fun now that it's much harder, since you have to think more and play better.
Agreed. I don’t know how people have fun on Moira, she’s such an easy and boring charactar, but it’s up them I guess. I don’t play Ana either, but I atleast respect Ana mains because she doesn’t have a get out of jail ability and she is very skillful. I play doomfist genji, tracer and other high mobility characters.

Maybe try Anna - Brig and run it the same as Zen - Lucio?? I feel as if anna is more dps than ever her DoT mixed with the dps passive SHREDS tanks
I’m a brig/ana main(in that order) and this season is rough on all ends but I do genuinely feel as though game sense and more importantly priority is emphasized which I think is dope, dps passive is by far the most interesting part though, dps->tank follow up->support pulling the rug=gg

Altho I’ve been manning LW since the start of season 9 and back to diamond2. My Ana isn’t that good, but at least my breakfast burrito is good.
Funny thing though. Now when i want my dps moira/zen comps i get mercy life weaver supports.

I will not even try to play comp this season. Quickplay feels bad as supp-only player so I dont want to find out how comp goes. Basically things are still bad but in a different way.

It's in settings. If you go menu, settings, controls, then on the right the orange button where you choose character... Then it'll come up with the settings for Ana and scroll till you find Nano Confirmation something.
Overwatch devs literally said no to support not healer. I have to heal bot now. I use ana nade to heal a lot more now. And even if i zen ult my team still dies. Imma stop playing support for now its not enjoyable at all.
You say you have to healbot but Lucio and Zen are S+ tier supports now but they are both supps with low healing.. hmmmmm

@andreamicheli2575 zen needs a team to work with him. Attack the disc target and peel for him if he gets dived. Sadly in my rank no one cares about team work. I have to DM them to say join voice chat XD.
I guess the only ones enjoying this season are the ones fortunate enough to be playing either with a preexisting team or a group of friends that can coordinate; literally anything else feels worse

Ana is weaker and relies on team much more now, she can't punish 200hp now 250hp sleeping target as well as before. While the utilities are still there, it's less impactful and you will have a harder time to keep a single target alive due to dps passive.

Why is this? Legit question. All i see is that everything is dying when you play Ana. Why is Ana so bad in s9?
the mix of increased hps, dps passive and dive meta REALLY hurts. you cant burst heal to survive and youre unmobile. you cant burst damage since increased hps. you struggle to heal stuff in general bc dps passive plus she was nerved down to 70 healing couple patches down. And funnily enough, in their quest to "fix" burst damage, they managed to buff it into oblivion, so you insta die a lot.
Nah you're right, I really like ML7. Very calm, non-toxic, good at the game etc, but his video titles often have nothing or barely anything to do with the content of that video. Sometimes he phrases the titles as if he is going to give some opinion or thoughts about something but its just gameplay, thats it.

Worst season in my life. I can't make a difference while I'm on Supp and I get bullied when I'm on Tank. And my hero pool does not benefit from freaking Lucio. I hate his existence.
Imo depends on rank like most things. Its a little harder to carry as support since people you're pocketing can still be burst down but helping the team in other ways is very useful. Ive been playing LW and Illari and they both feel pretty good and impactful if for different reasons
Have to say.... no reason to play support for me, feels like a glorified DPS with weak heals, I don't play support to go dps.... kinda got to the point the I feel like deleting the game after a few days of this season.

I don’t know how I feel about it honestly. Healing feels bad, but are you supposed to be able to keep a teammate alive that is getting shot by multiple enemies?
If there is a point the devs are successfully getting across for supports it could be that supports are meant to ENABLE good play, not keep players alive who make bad choices.
Ive seen so many dilutional players swear we'd win if only i went kiri or mercey. Like they be standing 50 miles from any cover

Whenever Sombra is Meta the game is not fun at all it’s like both supports have to play together and constantly peel for each other
So many support players think the sky is falling because they can't infinite sustain with autoaim heal abilities. 20% reduction is not oppressive, you just refuse to play around it/have gotten lazy with how powerful support has been for years.
