Hard to say. It's interesting it's coming from a bubble which can usually be popped with a needle with little to no entrance for dirt or debris. But if there's dirt underneath the film like you're saying, it may be time for a replacement if it's really bad. Sorry to hear about that!

I’m starting to have dirt get under my front bumper from a bubble in my ppf on my M3, what do I do about that?
