Soda Stereo was always an incredible and highly respected band throughout South America, I am from Chile and here in our country they were very loved, in Argentina, they are simply worthy of admiration, their public loved them, above all things, And really the death of Gustavo Cerati was almost a duel at the Latin American level for all that he had contributed in music for all the countries that one day we will have his presence in a concert

First of all excuse my english im not fluent k? That said, listn; i just feel SO HONOURED that someone like you i mean an American, USA flag on the backgroung meaning coming from a countrie that has given the world SO much good music and also a countrie that IMO has the most sense of the meaning of "show" YKWIM? reacting and beeing impressed by this band i used to "live" (watch and see live) in my youth.. it's just priceless. No big deal though, it's just funny because it kinda should be Argentinia LOL. I just saw in another video you were trying to figure out how to pronounce it in Spanish. Actually I've Known that Gustavo was offered by Andy Summer to replaced Sting in Police, but he didn't accept it .

this album "Doble Vida" has a 90´s "newyorker touch" it was produced by Carlos Alomar (David Bowe's guitarist), and recorded at Sorcerer Sound Studios in New York. Funky atmosphere. Great album

I was there bro and I can tell you that this was one of the best concerts that Buenos Aires saw, and this one was in River the same stadium that you saw the DVD of AC/DC... and Soda its well was such a great band... just amazing

@@ReactionsbyD Gustavo died in September 2014. He had a brain accident during a tour. He was later admitted to an expensive medical clinic in Buenos Aires. At first, many celebrities came to visit him and journalist were always at the door; this was a problem for the patients who attended there. Over time, everyone accepted that he would not wake up from the coma. But Gustavo's mother did not allow him to be disconnected. She went to see him everyday, , she talked to him and it seemed to her that he reacted. She took a long time to let him go. For us, he is still alive. Argentines have a very particular relationship with musicians. Some when they come for the first time, they are surprised. We are somewhat vehement in showing our affection.

@@r0milu853 No, dijo que el sonido era impresionante, y que es increíble que sólo sean tres personas en la banda: guitarra, bajo y batería. (obviamente no puso especial atención a los demás instrumentos).
También dijo que Argentina tiene el mejor público: que la canción recién empezaba y ya estaban como locos. Qué se nota el fanatismo de la gente en lo masivo del público ( hizo una broma diciendo que si tiraban a una persona desde un helicóptero no entraba en esa multitud, que caería sí o sí en los hombros de alguien). También recordó la anterior canción a la que reaccionó de ellos y se reafirmó en lo que pensaba: que es una banda impresionante, a tener en cuenta, por lo que dio a entender que le gustaría seguir escuchando más canciones de ellos. Y en dos o tres ocasiones mencionó que le recuerda mucho a otra banda probablemente de los 80s o 90s, pero que no sabe exactamente cuál es, pero que es una que le gusta mucho. Ah, y que con el poco castellano que sabe se enteró de alguna parte de la letra, pero muy poco. No sé si me estoy olvidando algo más de lo que dijo 😅. Saludos a los dos!

3 Generaciones ! 3! le abrieron las puertas de mi casa allá por 1985 a los "SODA" ! Y al mejor publico del Mundo lo deberías haber visto por todo el país! Siempre fue así ! Escuchar en la ciudad de la furia, es traer al recuerdo a mi papá, que era su canción más amada! Imaginensen a un señor de 82 años cantar esta cancion ... ! Y al igual que el Indio, y muchos artistas más; EL MEJOR PUBLICO DEL MUNDO olvida sus diferencias, sus resentimientos, cuando entramos a un concierto... POR AMOR A LA MUSICA Y A SUS MUSICOS.
