What does it mean if the case worker wanted us to go through a third party called boystown to put a safteplay in place? We are near the end i dont see why theybare necessary. Our court is in a week for the status check. But boys town program wants us to be involved with them for 8 to 10 weeks they come over twice a week too how does this help?
This has happened to us, they separated us bc they said that my husband needed to get a mental evaluation for reporting to them that we might be gang stalked, they ckosed the case wanting to reopen a new case and this is a horrible nightmare!
Mines have heavily damaged and affected my family I never used drugs or did drugs but my kids still. Got tooken from me I never did drugs and for some reason my kids tested positive for drugs and so have I and I am starting to believe even with me having the results that we didn’t test positive we took this test at an lab it wasn’t court ordered and my family didn’t sign any paperwork or anything for them to take my kids they just pointed out drugs and just took my babies and I want justice for my family and my kids my kids are NICU babies they stayed in th hospital for 4 months they took my babies when they were 6 months going on 7 months they stayed in temporary foster care for a hole year and I am really upset about everything that’s going on and I don’t know what else to do at this point I believe that the tests where false positive tests
Cps wanted me to take a alcohol test I said no they do it to try and get evidence against U I hear that them test r falsly done to alot of people but if U sign a voluntary agreement with child safety it's practically saying ur guilty they left when I said no they just asked me to do councling I agreed they need evidence to get a court order don't do any signing or testing
You bring up a good point. That's when you should consider doing a CPS Rescue with me. I tell CPS we are going to evaluate the Safety Plan this way: 1. What are the facts? (Many times CPS just has the facts wrong). 2. What interventions (CPS services) are necessary and calculated to actually address safety concerns in the home. 3. I agree they have me jumkong hoops and I've been finished with the courts requirements since June it's been a year already since the case was open I'm clean since Feb have a house a job food. My sons therapist ready for him when he gets back home. And yet I still only get 2 hrs a week in a crowded place with all the employees on a power trip who hate kids
The is, in theory, some oversight of CPS, but when representing clients, I want us to focus on what WE do to move forward and demonstrate WE are good parents. Remember, you'll drive yourself CRAZY trying to figure out what CPS does and why they do it. The better use of our time is for you to be working on the things YOU control. Hope this helps!! G.H.

It’s simply a tactic to go for the final blow .. possession of a child and make money out of the entire ordeal
cps keeps changing the safety plans to over whelm the parents setting them up for failure.

Oh, that would be CPS. And they'll find that they're innocent of any wrongdoing.
