In my opinion I like RBI grB more because it gives you respect+work life balance+ approach. The salary is 1.25 lac in hand after allowances, sat and sun are off so you have time for family or to learn new skills, you will meet high level dignitaries in job for eg Delhi rbi office is just adjacent to NITI Ayog office so you will find high level official there every time+ you will always be posted in capital of states only. So in a nut shell it is the best job.

I have 3 questions-
1- Do we also get education allowance upto 80 lacs if we clear GRE/GMAT and got selected in top colleges of foreign?
2-And do we have to pay back that money?
3-And during our college do we get salary or not?
YES RBI do provide such scholarships to few selected candidates only.
You don't have to return the amount instead a work bond of 5-6 years has to signed. If you leave RBI in that period only then you have to return that amount.
And YES you will get the full salary.
NOTE: Not everyone gets the scholarship. RBI has its own criteria.
Your past performance, work experience with RBI or any other org etc. Also, you may have to face an internal interview again to be eligible for the scholarship. 💛💛

First you should go through the basics of reasoning and aptitude for a week... Post that practice mock test atleast 2 Each day .. find your errors and weakness ..n strength... according to it ...build yourself for the examination... Takes time but consistent is the key to achieve...good luck
