    i was there when I was 15. It was one of the things that made me look more into noise and ambient music

    What is that opening title an homage to? I can't quite place it. The ABC sunday night movie circa 1978 perhaps?

    Very good, but Byrne doesn't know his intervals - when he says: "That's almost an octave" [and sings the two notes] it's actually only a Fifth.

    If any of you want to see a family of instruments that put all these to shame - my 40 years of work can be seen in my video here - NOT the video I planned to make just what I could do before "They" came to break down my door , I am that good, and now I am on the run still 5 years later.
    This picture, small as it is here, is me playing my Skitar, a sports model sitar I took up to 12,000 feet at A-Basin.
    I took the most difficult inst. in the World to play and made it the easiest - really I did.

    A very expensive noise maker. Wouldn't been interesting to hear someone make this do something a bit more interesting than noise. Noise is not music.

      Noise can be music if you're genius enough. ;)

    • @jennerwescott65
      @jennerwescott65 9 років тому

      And the individual above me said "genius enough"... Yeah... So anyway, definitely a noise maker.

    • @Ashes2Ashes_Blush2Blush
      @Ashes2Ashes_Blush2Blush 9 років тому +1

      Yes. That's what I said. If you know what noise you're dealing with, how to shape and mold it into something melodic....like power noise.
