Thank you for the good review. Although the models huge panel lines are a negative I wish it looked more like Corgi's 1-144 AC-130 it is nice to have a diecast option of the updated version of spooky.
Assuming I don't get the stand, does this come with landing gear covers for the in flight mode? Or does it only have it for the landing gear down position?
If you don’t get the stand, the model comes with the gear already in the down fixed position. I believe the box also came with a T-shaped insert that would fit into the gear wells when you take them out. However, there were not individual inserts for the gear up flight mode.
No. They are inserts that you can pull out but the model does not come with closed doors for the gear. It was meant to be put on a stand so the part you put into the landing gear places is one large piece that attaches to a stand
