Tried methods 1, 2, and 3 (all to no avail). On method 4 right now. I did discover that apparently my bluetooth driver was from Intel (I did not know that, previously! I thought the appropriate driver was from the laptop manufacturer's website; ASUS in my case. Fingers crossed this will work, now!)
Using the troubleshooting nethod worked for me. Recommend i do a 'cold reboot', where i gad to manually shutdown my pc and then unplug the power cable for a bit, then turn it back on after 30 seconds. Thank you!

Didn't work for me. The headphone I was trying to connect can easliy connect with my mac and mobiles but not with my new windows laptop.
