The Bluetooth adapter method worked for me!!! Hours and days and weeks and months of search and nothing until I saw your video at 4:35 and I remembered my computer came with a similar USB BLUETOOTH ADAPTER. LOOKED FOR IT. PLUGGED IT IN AND IT WORKED!!!! Thank you very much.

read title wrong, missing bluetooth icon. tried everything i have icon. i have dongle, it finds device but won't connect. computer has dual boot up Win 7 and Win 10 on Sony Vaio. Bluetooth works when logged on Win 10 but not while on Win 7. Irony is that on other laptop with Win 7 same dongle the bluetooth works. i'm gonna have to live with it. Excellent Video and Suggestions 👍

idk why non of this works for me, I tried it all and still in settings where you turn on Bluetooth usually we have the turn "On & Off" options right as we open Bluetooth settings yea? in mine the ON/OFF options doesn't even show... and my speaker can't be connected it says the Bluetooth ins speaker is offed but it connects with my phone just fine... Do you know what this problem is?

maybe your device doesn't support bluetooth even though it does if it really doesn't work buy a external bluetooth adaptor

The issue for me is that I have a dongle but I still cant turn bluetooth on. Iv'e got two bluetooth dongles and it wont let me for either. Trouble shooting says there is no bluetooth available.
