Thanks for posting but you skipped the most confusing part of the installation which is the wiring. I already know how to hang a box on the wall and thread wires through pipes.
So the irrigation wires are not "hot" until you plug in the controller? I'm going to change mine out and want to make sure I don't get zapped. I'm not an electrician so just want to be sure😊
Do you know if the wireless version has basically the same irrigation wiring harness that goes to the panel/cabinet? I think that may be the way to go these days.
Question- when I manually turn on all of my zones individually, my lawn sprinklers turn on and my garden and flower beds do not turn on. Everything worked correctly last year and I can’t figure out what the problem is. Any ideas?
This is exactly why I came to the video..... To see which terminal to attach the white common wire. I may have to screenshot and zoom in, thinking it's the "c" screw/terminal

Extremely clear and concise. I wish more videos were like this.
You're being sarcastic, right? He just showed us how to hang a box and didn't elaborate on the wiring.
Great video thanks for not adding a bunch of crap I didn’t need to know.
Thanks for posting this!

Didn't show or say which terminals the common wires go to.

I didn’t see the mounting screws inside my old Hunter controller to take it out to replace the new controller?
I just saw the screws now. It was covered by the wires. Thanks anyway
Good thing you didn't do this without a mask you never know who's infected.
Malísimo no te explica como es la conexión..cualquier persona sabe como atornillar algo a la pared
