I once knew a pair of siblings one female one male and they were wwwwaaayyyy too handsy on each other.....and I asked my boyfriend at the time and he was wondering the same thing because they were his cousins and he said maybe, they act weird. They were always cuddling, holding hands, and getting their faces rubbing on each other, it was awkward....the family didn't care and they did it openly so I am not sure if they were secretly hooking up or what.
When we were at my grandma's funeral my grandpa (grandma's ex husband who we don't see much) asked if my sister, who was like nine or ten, was my brothers girlfriend. It's been years, but he has met her.

I think for the nose the girl started sitting on the ground and the guy was behind her. She put her hands up onto his thighs and lifted her legs up for him to grab. Then he pulls and leans back which lifts her up off the ground.
Or, similarly, she starts in a one footed squat and does the same thing, but he only grabs the other leg. Then after she's up off the ground she brings the other leg up for him to grab.
But most easily she could've started on a stool or something and then they waddled their way away from the stool or somebody pulled the stool out of frame.
But in any case, it starts with her hands on his thighs and then him grabbing her legs and leaning/pulling back.
