It is sooooo good. Easily my best plane in the hangar right now. I put it together last week and have about 25 flights in already.

Just got mine today. It was about 45 minutes to unbox and assemble. Can't wait to maiden tomorrow am weather permitting.
Now I've got 8 flights on it, and I'm totally impressed! I used to have a Byron's Extra 300 that didn't outperform this plane. Yesterday I met a guy at the field that had the previous version Commander. Side by side they appear identical (red paint versus blue). The NEW part comes in the form of 4S power and incredible vertical performance. HUGE props to E-Flite on this plane! I hope they never stop making them.

Super nice looking plane in the air, very Reno racer esq. and flies for days. Great scheme with the checker board. You really flew tge wings off it!
Outstanding?, wonder if it would handle rough grassy field . My P51 likes to tip over to often
i always thought this model had more of a P-47 Jug type wing than a Spitfire type.

On the next light wind day. I'll maiden mine. You fly a lot harder than I do, so I should get around 7 to 7 1/2 minutes flight time on my 3200. Great flying skills. Great video's .

Ryan, I know I can completely trust opinion on this question. I can only can afford one of these, new release’s between the Commander 1.4m or the Cirrus 1.4m . Which one do you like better? Thanks in advance Ryan! 👍
pilot Ryan i was checking for this eflite Commander plane, after seeing the shake down with you, and all of the sites are saying this product is discontinued, when will it be available? i want to start saving to buy it,

Have you tried it on 3S with the recommended APC 13X8E prop upgrade? I have some 3S 3300 batteries that are not getting much use and I’m hoping the Commander might change that.

Small wheels for grass? Anyone fly from grass?
I have a few flights from a runway with short grass and it wants to tip on its nose. I removed the wheel pants and installed wheels about 1/2" larger in diameter, and it now does OK as long as you're careful with how abruptly you apply throttle when taxiing or taking off.

Mines an old one. It was pretty beat up when I got it. I wouldn't say or think that it ever flew well though.
