  • Ingredients:
    1 kg Beef (sliced into chunks)
    4 cloves Garlic (minced)
    1 medium Onion (chopped)
    3 tbsp Cooking Oil
    1/4 cup Soy Sauce
    1/4 cup Lemon Extract
    2 tsp Sugar
    2 pieces Potatoes
    2 pieces Carrots
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 cup Water
    1 piece Green Bell Pepper
    1 piece Red Bell Pepper
    Salt & Ground Bell Pepper to taste
    Procedure:
    1. Combine beef, soy sauce, lemon extract, sugar & ground black pepper in a bowl. Marinate 20 - 30 minutes.
    2. Heat oil in the pan. Cook potatoes & carrots until light brown. Set aside.
    3. Sauté garlic & onion, cook until softened. Add the marinated beef. Simmer for 10 minutes.
    4. Add tomato sauce & water. Cover and cook for 45 - 50 minutes.
    5. Add potatoes & carrots, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Then add red & green bell pepper, cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
    6. Transfer to a serving plate! 🍲🍚🍽️🍛
