Normally like 45 min or 1 hour+ depending on the text and getting that good result aha sometimes I start it, then come back to it and finish it, like this one. I wasn't happy with the first result so I came back to it and did it better. Its weird because sometimes I'm in that creative mood and other times not so much. It flows much better the second time round and when expectations are lower lol
I used after effects and saved the neon effect on and off then switch between each picture with a wiggle effect but you can actually do the flicker effect in Photoshop with the timeline. I'm currently working on a new video that shows how to animate in Photoshop
It might be behind your background layer just check to make sure it's on top of all the other layers. Or just open both projects then drag and drop your text layer from your current project to the one you want

sir i have cut the layer and paste on another background but my layer is invisible! please help me
