As always I appreciate how much humanity you put into the hobby. Especially being new to collecting it’s tough at times to make comic friends and I appreciate how you always encourage mutually beneficial deals that don’t lose sight of the joy and emotion tied to our collections.
A ton of wonderful books being shown here. Once again, your story of your grading error resulting in a higher paid price, realizing the error and sucking it up essentially without complaint shows where your heart is. You keep your karma pristine and golden for that and good things surely will come your way. Keep it going Bry. Best to all.
Wow man thank you so very much for all the kind words you said I'm sure my uncle is looking down smiling. You guys did amazing work on those books and I would definitely love to get more your way one day. From the bottom of my heart Bry thank you
That was a cool collection. I like to see a collection like that with a solid mix of copper and modern keys. I wish I had some extra cash, because I saw a lot of big books that I’d like to add to my collection!!
There are so many jerks in this hobby, I only wish everyone had your mentality. I always check your site because it's such a safe place to invest in these books we all love.
I’m with you. It seems like a lot of I’ll rip this person off now instead of trying to get repeat business. Mystery box anyone ( Bry’s was awesome btw).
Excellent work from Brys Comics. A mistake was made with my Whatnot order and Bry and Co went above and beyond to rectify the mistake. Its things like this that keep me as a customer. Awesome work.
Another great post Bry! So many cool books with history. Like so many other videos you have made you elevate the hobby with your smart & kind words. Awesome! I hope you enjoy much prosperity, happiness and long-life.😊
Good on ya Bry, stand up dude.. What a stack you went ahead and scooped up, great books you went ahead and scooped up, the books you grade for a pal to get things rolling are absolutely beautiful, nutso nice!
Thank you so much Bry. It was great to meet you and hang out at your shop. I wish i lived closer, would be your new press man hahaha. Still cant believe you had the ASM 4 J Scott. Im in love with it.
Bry you the man😂. Great haul, excellent quality and condition of the books but as far as your integrity, never lose it. Many blessings to come your way. Not many dealers in your line of work would've eaten that $1000 but you had the insight and honesty to see your mistake and take it on the chin. Great video Bry. You're appreciated.
My man, you're not overthinking it. I'm in East TN (close to minorkeyscomics, actually) and you'd be on my short list of people to call if I were to ever sell. I firmly believe in the personal connection part, as that's what this hobby should be about.
I can totally relate. Life happened to me in 2009, and I ended up having to sell a lot of my mega-keys like Batman #11, Avengers #1 & 4, Daredevil #1, Ghost Rider #1 and Iron Man #1. I probably had one of the greatest collections in Northern California, up to that point.
Sentimental value is huge for me with my collection. 1.Because it's my second collection; list my first from childhood because a family member didn't make the storage payments like they said. 2.because I had to sell my walking Dead nearly complete run for "liquidity issues," So now I collect with those incidents in mind, reminded about where I come from and don't want to go back to.
Great video as always, can’t wait to see the new books coming in. Also thanks for the info with whatnot, they gave me my 15$ credit just as you said they would. Amazing!!!
re: the ironman book ---> honoring your original deal and owning your mistake from your end taking the hit I truly cannot respect you more for doing that, I mean for real we need more business people in the world with your level of integrity. I know "doing the right thing" doesnt always feel like it will come around karmically but if I ever sell my collection or look to buy (been out of comics for decades) you are where I will go first 👍 keep representing our comic community with integrity 🙏
I buy from Bry. Thanks for the video; great inventory. I was not quick enough to the punch to get a few books I had my eye on. Really wanted the Strange Academy. Keep grinding bro!✌🏼
How in the world did Jason's uncle keep those books in such great condition all those years without a CGC case protection? Were they sealed in glass in a dark room? That's pretty impressive.
Thats so awesome brother! I am kicking myself for passing up on getting that ASM with anti-Venom on the cover when it first came out. I was like no I already have the first print I'm good. 😅🤯
My favourite is Avengers number one 3.5 . Had one in fair condition years ago traded it for some silver age teen titans #1-20 and Silver Surfer #1-6. Tape on spine and front cover. This was in 1980.
Those books are awesome. Tons of epic signature books on there. I don't understand the "stigma" on green labels aslong as it's a signature. Thanks for sharing man 👌🏻
This is the second time have commented on your videos. Great stuff as usual. You need to pronounce Adi as (Audi) like the car. He use to sit next to me in airbrush class at the Art Institute of Seattle, when we went there at the same time. Super cool guy.
I had quite a win (for me) recently. I got three copies of Wolverine: Exit Wounds double-signed by Chris Claremont and Larry Hama, which I'll be selling, and my mini series Wolverine signed by Claremont and GI Joe #1 signed by Hama. The Wolverine and Joe aren't my original copies but I do remember when I got all of them at the 7-11 I got my comics from as a kid. I'll hang onto those for a while but, as life happens, they will all inevitably go on to another other at some point. Great video.
Unfortunately, I've had to sell some comics that I bought new in the 80's and 90's. It sucks. I'll replace them eventually but it's not quite the same.
How close would you say Key Collector prices are? Sometimes when I look on markets and see lowest price/buy it now around the same grade being sold for twice the price Key Collector has listed. Obviously, he can't update every book right away and sometimes Nick doesn't update shit, but if my net value on key collector is $60k and taking into account some books are more and some are less than the price on the app, how close to $60k would I be able to get for my mostly keys pc?
My understanding is key collectors are just a gauge and he puts them at prices where people would be getting a good deal…u should never use them to actually price books just to get an idea
@@BrysComics Thanks for the reply dude, it's hard to get a gauge on the value of a bigger pc. Too bad for me you're on the other coast or I'd see if you'd want to pick it up. I might just get it appraised. Really enjoying the spec and pc buying vids, keep it up.

Well said!
Thank you my friend!
I've been following you for a while and I think that you're more than fair in all your dealings. Nice collections! Everyone's happy, as per usual!

That wolverine 145 is sick nice grab
Thanks for sharing. Comics can certainly have sentimental value for many reasons.
That is so cool how you have been able to add the slabs for sale at your store in these videos. Always good stuff.
Much respect to you for keeping your word on that sale. You might of lost 700 but you are now at the top of my list if I want to sell my collection

😂😂
Bry, you're a good one! I always appreciate your fairness and transparency.

Thanks so much Bruce

Some amazing books in those collections. Thanks for sharing.

Agreed!
Way to keep your word Bry. Keeping the industry honest!!
Thank you so much Bry. It was great to meet you and hang out at your shop. I wish i lived closer, would be your new press man hahaha. Still cant believe you had the ASM 4 J Scott. Im in love with it.
The pleasure was mine! Thanks again my friend…
Loved that Spawn Thanks issue. Great video as always! Love the collection videos

Always enjoy your videos. Thanks for sharing your comic book journey with us. I wish I had a lot of those comics. Sweet,! :)
More amazing collections! Guess I need to keep looking for more myself!
Thanks so much for sharing! Lots of cool books! Keep on creating inspiring vids on comics 👍😀
So many great books and great 9.8s! And that Wolvy #1 newsstand signed by Claremont 😯
That thank you spawn slab would be a great giveaway for December. Great collection Bry. I enjoy seeing the books you got.
Sucks when that happens, but you can always rebuild…

I lost my walking dead collection as well to a fire so I feel your pain!
True story, man. Going into an LCS or a con feels like I'm reuniting with my clan. Lot of sick books here!
Great video as always, can’t wait to see the new books coming in. Also thanks for the info with whatnot, they gave me my 15$ credit just as you said they would. Amazing!!!

That was a great comment about eBay. I stopped buying off eBay because there is no personal touch.
Those Blue Marvel books are grails of mine that I'll own some day ! 🙏🤞🏼🤓

Love your channel! I just recently got really into collecting as I got most of mine from my dad

Damm this is a massive collection, keep up the vids.
Nice haul.
Looking forward to the ASM #4 slab! Awesome service man, all the way to Belgium
👏👏
Great Haul !!!!!!!
Super cool giveaway this month.
those are some really good books. How does one price sentimental value it’s an intangible
My kind of collections. Great selection
As always, killer books. You made the right call - decisions like that help to continue to secure your already sterling reputation.
Damn, those books are great. Congrats dude!
As always, thanks for sharing.
love that nyx 9.8...
What an awesome collection

Thank you so much for the info!
Do you think Jenny Frison 🤔 wonder woman and covers be worth a lot in the future? I also have her signature cgc 9.8.
Some great books. Avengers 1 on my list!
Absolutely fantastic collection 😊

I noticed on your site that Mystery boxes is showing 0 products. Are you planning on bringing those back any time soon? I love a good Mystery box!
Eventually!
sick collection
Awesome collections

Great Video
excellent as always
Do you have any other ASM 300?
Just posted a 9.4!
Play by the rules, win by the rules.
That is a great collection
2 Tec giveaways! Wow!
Definitely not overthinking it. : )
Very neat!
Is it weird I prefer raw books? I also feel like I’m missing out on slabbed books lol
Not weird!
For the un-witnessed sigs why did you go cgc with a green label vs getting the verified label from cbcs?
I didn’t submit the books…
Beautiful books. I think you’ve got some good karma coming your way on the $700 grade mixup.
HOW MANY FLOORS DO I NEED TO MOP FOR THAT FIRST APPEARANCE OF DOC APHRA?
Hoping to see more Silver Age.
Well played on the mistake. It will work out for you in the end.
If I win the Powerball, I just might clean out your store💵
