I really need to move The ex vows up my tbr now. It sounds so good and so romantic. I've been really a lot of really average contemporary romances (and just average books in general) lately so I would love to find a new favorite in the genre.
I loved The Invisible Life Of Addie LaRue but I agree that she didn’t have much growth which I think I ended up being okay with because of the way the book ended. Also that ending chefs kiss* (vigilante by Taylor Swift played in the background of my mind as I finished that last chapter! She had plannnnnnssssssss and I wanted front row seats to the chaos !)
the invisible life of Addie LaRue is my favorite book ev-errrrr!! and I feel like you're the first person I've seen on here describe the book and the story perfectly
I think most people listened to Listen for the lie on audio book. I think it makes a difference. The Ex vows was EVERYTHING! The setting is near my in the San Francisco area! And GIRL, the freaking paper rings!!!! SHUT UP!!! I’m reading You With a view and throughly enjoying it!!!
Omg Ella has posted today 🎉. For me, I haven’t been reading much in the last few months (like I just had double jaw surgery earlier in the year 😬🦷) and it’s been quite a hard year for my family. I’m hoping to actually get a job soon (possibly in healthcare or clothing stores). Could we be internet friends?
this is with no offence but I think the whole point of the invisible life of Addie Larue is that, like you said, she hasn't lived. She has been alive for all this time but she has never lived. love your videos
Yes I totally get that and agree with you!! I just think there still could’ve been SOME character growth bc despite it all she still lived 300 years. I would imagine one would change a bit.
