I really like listerning to Kowabana.. but unlike other ghost stories, these narrations don't put me to sleep. I feel on edge. Amazing narration as usual!
Actually ghost can actually appear not threatening and even calming, warm and relaxing if they want to, making even forget to fear them, to some extent you might enjoy being with thier company
The only thing I don't understand is why did they check the shoes and socks her sweat and skin residue and run a DNA test against the parents DNA to see if they were actually his shoes and socks
The story starts with "This actually happened with me over 25 years ago." Even if we assume that this story was written in 2022, the occurrence of this story took place in the 90s. Maybe DNA matching was not being used in forensics back in the 90s Japan. I'm not sure though...
I really liked the phone booth one
last episode as of now! really love your content, Tara. Please keep this up forever
The grandpa ghost from last story trolling the OP even after he dies, kinda heartwarming and funny at the time. hahahaha

Great collection of stories as usual. The phone booth reminded me of the Hiwasa Tunnel public phone in your Reikan vol 2 book.
YAY more Kowabana!!!
I love the plublic phone in a desolated area horror trope since Higurashi 💖
That taxi driver sounds like a one who gives the spirits their victims.
Outstanding as always many thanks Tara 🙏
Hey Tara I hope you delve into Aliens as well cause in Japan there are many weird cases and stories
There is a thin line between bravery and stupidity, this is what the test of courage story told me
Press F to that old lady, that lady is an angel it seems

@@SpokoR3 that's an excellent point I miss the 25 years ago part.
Well only not I get to hear kowabana!
I mean obviously no spoilers but we know how to store yet but I still think that a surprising they didn't look into DNA evidence first
Of course being homeless is unpleasant, that's why we should simply give everyone housing (and healthcare).
