Never thought about keeping power steering separate in case of a belt failure! Nice!!!
Dude your videos and the work your knocking out is freaking outstanding! I already can't wait for the next episode. Love seeing you and Ken helping out with filming. Reminds me of the old Lucas days helping Lee and poppy out with the series. 2 thumbs up brother!

That Ford is over the top trick. The factory dash is a good move.
Agreed! We build all kinds of cool aluminum dashes but the factory shape of these older vehicles is iconic so it’s nice to keep the lines and original design language when possible.
Good stuff Rob. Keep ‘em coming! 👍🏻
Thank you!! We got more in the works. 👍🏼😎
That intro set the tone.

Another banger episode, love all the projects going on in your shop especially the 510. The amount of detail that goes into every build is incredible, you seriously put so much pride every aspect of your shop. Must be a blast to work too. Keep it up and as always looking forward to the next one.

Awesome work as per usual, inspiring to my own fabrication journey!
Yeah buddy! Thank you and thanks for tuning in. Hopefully we continue to help with your journey as there is nothing more rewarding than building something with your hands.
Watching now ! Can’t wait to see progress on the 510

Love the love given to and the brief showcase of your partners and crew. Maybe the owner of the Panterra will learn to trust you to let you just do what you do.
Thanks! It takes a village. I can’t do what I do without all the people in my life. My crew and my partners. I love and respect them all. Thank you for watching and dropping a comment! 😎😁🙌🏼

@@RobRJFab Just razzing you, amigo! I know you don't cut corners... Keep grinding!
I would love to see you build a Subaru brat mini prerunner!
That would be a fun one! Thanks Rob!
Wow you have definitely changed, terra! Lol
Thanks I think? Not sure what you mean exactly.
Now thats a parts runner. 😍
Not much room for parts but super fun! 😎👍🏼

I was waiting to see someone do radius arms in aluminum and billet mounting bracket swingers. What about a set of billet beams?Other then cost of machining. What’s your opinion. Lots of guys doing billet trailing arms.I had a pair of camburgs old limo beams. With billet ends back in like 06’ probably beefiest beams at the time. They didnt offer the old equal length at that time.
I’d love to do a set of billet aluminum beams but the beam ends would have to Bolt on. Due to shock mounts needing to be welded in different positions per vehicle. I’m sure something could be designed. Not sure about how much weight savings there would be overall might be minimal. Some of the components we are doing may end up costing less than the labor involved in laser cutting and welding them up.
What are dry brakes. You mentioned it on the Willy’s.
Dry breaks are a plumbing union that can be detached and not leak fluids or introduced air into the line. They have a check valve in each side of the union.
Great question by the way. 👍🏼🙌🏼
I had a 510 with a 2.8 Ford back in high school. Killer rendering, that’s bitchin’!
Very cool. What year? 2 or 4 door? It’s one of the few cars that is still cool being a four-door. Thanks for watching and dropping a comment I really appreciate it.
@@RobRJFab It was a ‘70 2 door. The rear seat was removed and 2 15’s in a huge custom box was in its place. It was baby blue with a hood scoop that the Weber sat in.
Bad ass!! Sounds like something we had in high school. So freaking awesome!
