ABOUT ALBERTO VILLOLDO
By his mid-20s Alberto Villoldo was the youngest clinical professor at San Francisco State University. He was directing his own laboratory, the Biological Self-Regulation Lab, investigating how energy medicine and visualization could change the chemistry of the brain. Anthropological stories hinted that there were people around the globe who claimed to know such things, including the Inka in Peru, the few remaining "shamans" in today's modern civilization.
For more than 10 years, Alberto Villoldo trained with the jungle medicine people. It is a lovely notion, very altruistic. Unfortunately it doesn’t make any difference. Unless the people who do it (attach themselves to others) learn how to get in touch with their own vital life force, which is their soul that is anchored in their hearts, they will always be on the lookout for new victims and will create new cords. If they can’t reattach with you they will attach to someone else.
Just instinctively these days I was working with my taichi sword with this image on my head cause In tao practice they use swords exactly in this way.

Would you cut the chords instead of working to transform what is there?

I’m wondering if the physical movement is enough to cut the cords, is there something one needs to picture/ feel or an energy one needs to create etc.?
I was actually wandering if the physical tools were necessary. I’ve been doing cord cutting in my meditation for a long time now. I’d either use my imagination or ask my guide to help cutting the cords. There is benefit to doing it this way because you can examine those cords and see where or to whom they ate connected. It’s even more rewarding to see the people you cut off trying to reconnect with you. They are usually trying to reengage within next few hours. Sometimes it’s as quickly as up to one hour. It’s a wonderful confirmation that the inner work we do has real consequences in the outside world.

With an internalized view of the Holy Bible where Israel is the cells of the body and so on it makes more sense personally and healthier then the conventionally portrayed external view point.

How can one "train" the sword to become a tool, and not a weapon?
