bro I can't get to connect the camera to the phone, it says wait for a beep or flashing but it never does. I also tried resetting it and after it resets it just keeps saying "camera started.. wait for user config" but it won't scan the QR code. Any suggestions??
Lousy app... It resets the camera automatically once a while and you have to setup all over again..or it always goes into offline mode...the app spoils the cameras reputation
I have doorbell camera and I have installed the icam365 app I have followed the instructions I have put my broadband password and scanned the bar code anything came up but it keeps saying offline what am doing wrong

Does it have to stay connected to USB to work? Mine switches off
so its not possible for yi lot app and icam365 to use one only app

i have no issue with the apps. it may be depend on the camera quality
