I had received an eyeshadow quad by the brand CHELLA I believe it was in my Macy’s. Beauty box….
It was a pretty neutral shade palette, and I have to say the formula was beautiful. The mats were creamy, and the shimmers were soft, and a true shimmer without the glitter. .. it was a very nice tiny little quad that you could throw in your bag.
That was my first and last experience with the brand, but it was pleasantly surprising ..
