From what I remember, 30kg per person is free. However, if you want to transport more than that, you have to pay an additional fee. No problem.

Hi there! Thanks for sharing! Do I really need to buy tickets online (Tikets is hot-sale???). I can't purchase ticket from my country, so I afraid of the tickets will be sold out when I came to buy ticket at Yeosu Port. Thanks a lot!

Sorry for late seeing your comment. There are boats to Jeju Island from anywhere in Yeosu or Mokpo. There will be a ticket even if you purchase it on the spot. Most Koreans go to Jeju Island by plane.
