Thank you for pinpointing where the sleeves/slits are that you put the handle into. Some other video demonstrations didn't pinpoint it and left some of us confused.
@@myswiffer Why isn't this information on the box. There are no instructions that even mention two slits, just a pic showing the dusters half-on with, Attach the dusters. No one without Internet can use this product as they wouldn't be able to figure it out. Those slits are almost invisible.

All there is on the side of the box is a picture showing them half-on and the text: Attach two dusters. But no indication that you have to find two slots that are almost invisible. Every single time I do this, the platic fork sticks out the side immediately. There seems to be nothing to keep it in place, I can try threading it through carefully put always it pokes through someplace exposing plastic to scratch surfaces. Exasperating.

This video is over 3 years old and has had 276,000 views which tells me that the instructions on the box are sorely lacking information for the consumer. Most of the comments I have seen here indicate the same suggestion, how about listening to the consumers on this one?

Hey the picture on the box is false advertising. 360? 360 my butt I fluff the duster out, and use it for 30 seconds and it's unfluffed and all knotted, greatly decreasing effectiveness
In the beggining i was very excitement for this product! But the next step wS really disturbing: The basic long stick, had two "theeths" each side which took care so the ling hair pad to stay in its place steady.. The company removed the teeths without any explanation making our lives difficult! So i have to use a piece of tape to keep it in its place!! Because i take it out my verandah and i shake it in front of fan to remove the dust BUT the pad without the teeths, falls down!! I need tape from now on! The question is: Why you removed the teeths?? 🧐🤑🤑
You can run warm water on them, then lay it to dry. No soap!! Can not put them in a washing machine!! Or a clothes dryer, they must be laid out and air dried. Hope this helps 😊

I bought the swiffer heavy duty 6ft duster. It does not come off. It's a telescope wand. I love it.
Swiffer Dusters should maybe make the slits orange or another color to make it easier!
