    Always good to learn something new. I have always said "you never get to old to learn" no matter how old you are.

      I’m curious…. What did you learn new?

      I'm 60 years old and I have taught many co workers the ends and the outs on pipelines and Compressors for 40 years. If you watch new blood coming in to the work force you can learn from them as well. I struggled a lot in the beginning but, if you observe the work around you you can pickup a lot of experience. When I was young and thought I knew it all, the older workers didn't want anything to do with my ideas. I got on shift work at a Compressor Station and old guy trained me and took me under his wing. As he was teaching me he was also questioning me what I learnt. He also paid attention to my feedback. I think this was the best way. Sometimes young people can teach old people if their willing to learn. Wish you and Traci the best with your channel and as always I look forward to learn something new.

      @@deanbarr5740 I have always been one to pay attention. I worked with an electrician while I was in college. We worked on a lot of jobs with many people from all trades. The amount of knowledge I observed and absorbed was priceless. It has save me a ton of money over the years.

    Love to see the improvements to the driveway. One day that will be me on the tractor! Thanks for showing some of the work a box blade can do.

      I was in your shoes. “One day…” Now that we found the right tractor for us we are in the seat. It has certainly changed our lives. It has made my hunny-do-list shorter and longer at the same time.
      Glad we could share helpful footage.

    Hey I just got my rk25 home. I embedded up with the five foot box blade instead of the for foot. How well does the rk handle it? Can it pull a full box

    • @gatheringrusthobbyfarm8081
      @gatheringrusthobbyfarm8081  2 роки тому +1

      My rk25 has done really well with the five foot box blade. As a matter of fact I used it a couple days ago and it had a full box of gravel. No problem. Occasionally I will have it adjusted down a little too much and have to raise the three point a little. That keeps it from digging too deep in the ground.

    Seems to me on a road that narrow a 4’ box blade would do better and pull easier. You got to make 2 passes anyway to get one complete scrape.

      @@gatheringrusthobbyfarm8081 thanks for the quick response. I was wondering do you have a post auger attachment or do you know if it will work with the RK25? I see it listed as an RK37 implement?

      @@Antique803 we do not currently have one. I believe it work well. There is also a subcompact version of the post hole auger. That may be more appropriate and do a great job.
