Are things going get harder for snf therapist .... rumor is companies may force 11 hr treatments daily in a 8 hr day. With grouping/concurrent and dor attempting to force inappropriate pt to be grouped together due to Corp pressures Then therapist should but prob won’t be vigilante about it and tell dor hey sorry these 2 dx pt can’t be concurrents ... I have spoken to an insider and told me. I would be a fool not to believe companies maximizing new 25 percent grouping per pt allowance But again issue is. Many pt are not groupable ... then they will pressure staff to just be creative or lose job. .... hmmmm what a dilemma ya know 😉

I heard wages may drop and 2 companies have already lowered hr rates 2-4$
